Return & Exchange

Items once purchased cannot be returned unless found to be defective in quality.
For return requests due to quality issues, Mayah Studio will exchange the piece with the same design article if it’s in stock.
You may reach out to us within 3 days of purchase.
The item must be in its original packaging with the invoice.
All returns and exchanges for orders within Pakistan must be sent back to the address provided by Mayah Studio’s at the customer’s expense.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including stock unavailability, pricing discrepancies, or declined payments by your authorized bank.
